Book a call
Bring the numbers. Leave with the expensive one named.
30 minutes on the systems you already run — the retry logic, the flows, the reconciliations, the reorder timing. We tell you which one is leaking most, and what it is worth to fix. Nothing is sold on this call.
What the call actually is
- What we ask for
- Three numbers, if you have them: monthly recurring revenue, your decline rate on renewals, and what share of email revenue comes from automated flows. If you do not have them, that is itself the finding.
- What you get on the call
- Which of the four leaks — Recover, Retain, Run, Reach — is currently the expensive one for you, and roughly what it is worth. Not a proposal.
- What happens after
- If there is a fit, the next step is the audit at $1,500–$3,000. If there is not, we say so on the call rather than in a follow-up sequence.
- Who this is not for
- Below $3M+ annual revenue, on Shopify Plus or running a paid subscription platform, or without genuine repeat purchase, we are not a fit and the call will be short. That floor is published on purpose.

No calendar connected yet
A scheduling link has not been chosen, and a booking button that opens nothing is worse than an honest one that opens your mail client. Email hello@pointerflow.com with two or three times that suit you and we will confirm one — a reply within one business day. Four hours of live overlap with US Eastern and UK time, every working day.
The operator's list
One email when we publish something worth the interruption — a benchmark with its sources, or a system we have just finished building. No cadence promised until we have kept one.
Not connected yet
The list exists; the signup endpoint does not, and a field that quietly drops your address is worse than no field. Email hello@pointerflow.com and you go on it by hand.
Double opt-in. Unsubscribe in one click. We never sell or share the address.
